Does PortfolioPilot work with Schwab accounts (including those migrated from TD Ameritrade)?

Yes - Charles Schwab accounts (including those migrated from TD Ameritrade) are supported through our connection partners.

To connect a Schwab account:

Open Net Worth - "Add a net worth asset" - Securities.
Search for "Charles Schwab" in the institution search box and select it.
Sign in with your current Schwab credentials.

If you're coming from a migrated TD Ameritrade account and the connection has trouble, the most common cause is that your browser is still logged in to the old TD Ameritrade or Schwab session. Open the Schwab website in a separate tab, sign out completely (not just close the tab), then restart the connection in PortfolioPilot using your current Schwab credentials.

As a fallback, you can upload a recent Schwab statement (PDF, screenshot, Excel, or CSV) at Net Worth - "Add a net worth asset" - Securities. If the connection still fails, email support@portfoliopilot.com. We'll investigate and fix it asap.
