How do I add another portfolio or account to PortfolioPilot?

You can add as many accounts as you'd like in Net Worth. A common pattern is adding a spouse's accounts so you both see one combined household view. Everything aggregates automatically.

To add an account, open Net Worth - Add an asset and pick the type:

  • Securities: brokerage accounts, retirement accounts, crypto, stocks, ETFs.
  • Real estate: properties.
  • Other assets: vehicles, jewelry, private equity, loans, and similar.

Then choose how to add it:

  • Search for your institution by name in the connection search box. PortfolioPilot routes you to the right connection partner for an automatic sync.
  • Upload a statement or screenshot (PDF, screenshot, Excel, or CSV). PortfolioPilot extracts the holdings.
  • Paste or enter holdings manually by ticker.

For cash you want available in Asset Groups (e.g. an emergency fund), add it under Securities as a Securities account. For pension income, add it under Net Worth - Add an asset - Other assets - Pension. The income added there is automatically included in your Retirement planning projections.
