How do I add foreign real estate (property outside the US or Canada)?

Foreign real estate can be added manually in Net Worth:

Click "Add a net worth asset" - Real estate.
Select your country (non-US/Canada countries are supported in the country dropdown).
Enter the property details: nickname, property type, and approximate value in USD or CAD.
Enter the outstanding mortgage balance in the same currency, if applicable.

Foreign real estate values are updated manually, so refresh the value as local market conditions change. Currency conversion is manual for real estate. International users can also use Asset Groups to manage the US portion of a portfolio separately with its own risk preference.

Foreign real estate has specific tax implications (FBAR reporting, PFIC rules in certain cases). Consult a tax advisor familiar with international property ownership.
