PortfolioPilot is recommending a fund that no longer exists or has changed its ticker

Ticker changes and fund closures happen periodically, and our security database may not reflect them right away. If you receive a recommendation for a ticker that has been changed or delisted:

  • Click Ignore... on the recommendation so the system stops suggesting it and produces an alternative.
  • Hit Report an issue next to the ticker in-app (fastest path into our data queue). You can also email support@portfoliopilot.com with the old ticker, the new ticker (if you have it), and the date you noticed the change.

We update our security database on a regular schedule and rely on user reports for edge cases like ticker changes. Your report helps us fix the mapping for everyone. We'll investigate and fix it asap.
