How can I set up shared account access for myself and my spouse in PortfolioPilot?

To share your PortfolioPilot account with a spouse, partner, or any trusted collaborator, you need the Pro plan, which includes multi-user login.

What multi-user login includes:

  • Multiple people can log in to the same account with their own credentials
  • All users see the same portfolios, net worth, recommendations, and analysis
  • Ideal for households managing finances together, or sharing access with an accountant, bookkeeper, or financial advisor

How to set it up:

  1. Upgrade to the Pro plan at: https://portfoliopilot.com/track?view=Subscription
  2. Go to Settings and find the "Shared Access" section
  3. Invite your spouse or collaborator by email
  4. They'll receive an invitation to create their own login for your shared account

Alternative (without Pro): If you only want to view each other's portfolios independently, each person can create their own free account and add the other's accounts manually. However, the Pro multi-user feature provides a much cleaner, fully integrated experience for households.

Multi-user login is exclusive to the Pro plan. Gold and Platinum plans support single-user access only.
