How do I add real estate and home equity to PortfolioPilot?

Real estate is tracked directly in your Net Worth:

Go to Track → Net Worth → click "+ Add" next to "Real estate"
OR click "Add an asset" (top right) → "Real estate"
Fill in: Property nickname, Country, State, Zip code, Property type, Approx. property value, and Outstanding mortgage
Toggle "Rental property" on if it's an investment property
Click Add - PortfolioPilot calculates your net equity (value minus mortgage) and includes it in your net worth

For investment properties, you can add multiple real estate entries separately. Update the property value periodically to keep your net worth accurate.
