How do I change the email address associated with my PortfolioPilot account?

Email changes are handled by the support team for security reasons.

How to request the change:

  1. Contact support@portfoliopilot.com or use in-app chat
  2. Include in your message:
    • Your current email address (the one associated with your account)
    • The new email address you'd like to use

What to expect:

  • Identity verification may be required
  • You’ll log in with the new email afterward
  • All data and subscriptions remain unchanged

If you receive an unexpected email change notification, contact support immediately.
