How do I merge or consolidate two separate PortfolioPilot accounts I accidentally created?

Merging two accounts is a manual process today. To consolidate:

  1. Decide which account to keep, typically the one with the most complete data.
  2. Note the portfolios and settings on the account you want to close.
  3. Re-create any missing accounts or holdings in your primary account from Net Worth - "Add an asset".
  4. Delete the duplicate account: open Account settings, scroll to the Security section, and click the red Delete account button. If the duplicate account is on a paid plan, downgrade to Free first on the Subscription tab first.

If you'd like help identifying which data is on each account, email support@portfoliopilot.com with both account emails. We'll investigate and help you get it figured out asap.
