How do I request a copy of all the data PortfolioPilot holds about me?

Email support@portfoliopilot.com with the subject "Data Request" and include your account email and the type of data you'd like (portfolio data, transaction history, account settings, or all personal data). As an SEC-registered investment adviser, we maintain certain records and respond to data requests in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

You can also export your current holdings without contacting support: open Details and click "Export as spreadsheet" to download as a CSV.

How we use data: We strip out any PII. Some anonymized financial data may be processed by third-party AI models. We also train on financial data shared by our partners to improve recommendations and mapping models.
