How does PortfolioPilot make money?

PortfolioPilot generates revenue primarily from paid subscriptions - Gold, Platinum, and Pro plans. We also have a small number of partner referral arrangements (for example, with Public.com), where we may receive compensation when a user opens and funds a partner account through PortfolioPilot. When this happens, we are transparent about it and only recommend partners we believe are genuinely in your interest.

What we do NOT do:

  • No data sales: We do not sell your financial data or personal information to anyone.
  • No payment-for-order-flow (PFOF): We do not receive payments from brokerages for routing your trades. We don't execute trades at all.
  • No fund manager relationships: We have no financial relationships with the managers of any ETFs or mutual funds we recommend. Recommendations are based purely on your portfolio and our models.
  • No advertising: We do not show ads or allow advertisers to influence our content or recommendations.
  • No commissions: We do not earn commissions on any product you buy or sell.

Our incentives are aligned with yours: we only make money if you find enough value to stay subscribed. When we recommend a fund or security, it’s because our models indicate it’s right for your portfolio - not because we get paid for it.
