I lost access to my two-factor authentication device - how do I log back in?

If you can't access your 2FA method (lost phone, deleted authenticator app, etc.), contact our support team at support@portfoliopilot.com, and we'll help you recover access.

How to request recovery:

  • Email support@portfoliopilot.com from the email address associated with your account
  • Include a description of your situation (lost phone, new device, etc.)
