If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access until the end of my current billing cycle?

Yes! When you cancel, your subscription stays fully active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You are not cut off immediately.

How to check exactly when your access expires:

  1. Go to: https://portfoliopilot.com/track?view=Billing+%26+promotions
  2. Click "See invoices"
  3. Your invoice history shows your last payment date and the end of the current period - that's your access expiration date

What happens when your subscription ends:

  • Your account automatically moves to the free plan
  • All your portfolios, connected accounts, and data are fully preserved
  • You keep access to free features: portfolio tracking, net worth dashboard, estate planning, and scenario modeling
  • Premium features (personalized recommendations, tax optimization, AI assistant, etc.) require an active paid subscription to use
