My verification email isn't arriving or the link isn't working - what should I do?
If you're not receiving the verification email:
- Check your spam or junk folder - verification emails sometimes get filtered
- Make sure you're checking the correct email address (the one you used to sign up)
- Wait a few minutes - sometimes there's a short delay
If the link isn't working:
- Verification links expire after a short time - request a new one from the login page
- Don't open the link on a different device or browser than the one you started with - this can invalidate the link
