The app is stuck loading or spinning - what should I do?
Try these steps in order:
- Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Open an incognito/private browser window and try again
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload
- Try a different browser - Chrome is recommended
- Disable VPN, ad blocker, or browser extensions that might be blocking scripts
If none of these work, the issue may be on our end. Contact support@portfoliopilot.com with a screenshot, your device type (desktop/mobile), browser name and version, and whether the issue affects the whole app or just one page - we’ll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
