Where do I find the Order Execution List for my Draft Portfolio?

The Order execution list shows the exact trades needed to move from your current portfolio to your draft — a precise list of what to buy and sell, with quantities. To open it:

  1. Switch to the draft you want to act on using the Portfolio Selector in the left sidebar (or at the top of the page on mobile). The page will switch into Draft mode.
  2. On desktop, click "Trades" in the Quick Actions bar at the top left. On mobile, open the draft from the Drafts page and use the same "Trades" action from the draft's detail view.
  3. The Order execution list opens as a side panel showing each security, the direction (buy or sell), and the dollar amount.

You can click "Send Order Execution List to my email" to receive a copy. Once you've executed the trades at your brokerage, click "Mark all trades as completed" — PortfolioPilot re-syncs your portfolio automatically.

PortfolioPilot never places orders directly — all trades require your action at your brokerage.
