Why is my Fidelity crypto account not syncing?
Fidelity crypto accounts are held in a separate Fidelity system from their standard brokerage accounts, and our connection partners can't reach it - so they don't sync automatically.
To get the holdings in, two options:
- Upload a statement or screenshot. Open Net Worth → "Add an asset" → Securities and drop in a PDF, screenshot, Excel, or CSV from Fidelity. PortfolioPilot extracts the crypto positions.
- Enter them manually. Same path, then choose "Enter or copy/paste securities" and add each crypto by ticker (e.g. BTC-USD, ETH-USD). PortfolioPilot tracks price movements automatically for recognized crypto tickers.
You'll update quantities yourself after you trade. If Fidelity Crypto sync becomes available, we'll add it automatically.
