Why is PortfolioPilot recommending a security I already sold?
Usually the sale hasn't synced from your brokerage yet, or it hasn't settled on the brokerage side. To resolve:
- Open Net Worth and click Sync accounts to pull a fresh sync. Connected accounts also sync automatically once a day.
- If the security still appears, open Transactions and verify the sell is recorded. If it's missing, click "Add new transaction" and enter the sell with the correct date and price.
If the issue persists, email support@portfoliopilot.com with the ticker and sale date. We'll investigate and fix it asap.
