Why is there a stock split not reflected in PortfolioPilot?

Stock and ETF splits are processed as soon as the updated data reaches us, usually within a few business days of the effective date. While the split is propagating, you may notice:

  • The performance chart temporarily shows a price cliff until the historical price series is back-adjusted.
  • The quantity shown for the security may briefly reflect pre-split shares until the next sync.

If a split hasn't been picked up after a few business days, hit Report an issue next to the ticker in-app (the fastest path, since it goes straight into our data queue). You can also email support@portfoliopilot.com with the ticker and the split date. We'll investigate and fix it asap.
