Why isn't PortfolioPilot showing recommendations for my real estate? Can I edit my property details?

Real estate is included in your net worth tracking and analysis (unless explicitly excluded using Asset Groups). Even though it's being taken into account in your Portfolio Score, recommendations are only available on the liquid part of your portfolio - we wouldn't recommend that you sell 20% of your house, for example.

To edit your property details:

Open Net Worth and find your property under Real estate.
Click the pencil (Edit) icon.
Update any field: Property nickname, Approx. property value, Outstanding mortgage, Mortgage interest rate, or the Rental property toggle.
Click Save.

Update the property value periodically to keep your net worth accurate. To model the impact of selling a property in retirement projections, add it as a cash inflow in Retirement planner - Life events tab - + Add life event. To explore "sell in 2027 vs 2030" trade-offs side-by-side, save each variation as a what-if scenario and switch between them on the projection chart.
