Terms and Conditions for “A Year of Free PortfolioPilot Gold” Promotion

1. Promotion Summary
Global Predictions, Inc. (“Global Predictions”), an SEC-registered Investment Advisor, is offering eligible individuals a free one-year subscription to PortfolioPilot Gold (a $240 value) when they open and fund a new brokerage account with Public.com using a unique referral link and connect that account to PortfolioPilot.
PortfolioPilot is a technology product of Global Predictions that uses AI and hedge fund inspired financial models to provide personalized investment guidance. This promotion is intended to give users full access to PortfolioPilot’s premium features to help optimize their financial lives.
2. How It Works
After clicking “Yes” on the promotional banner:
1. You’ll receive an email from PortfolioPilot with a secure link to open a Public.com account (link).
2. Open a new Public.com account through that link and fund it with at least $500.
3. After your account is funded, you’ll be prompted to connect your Public.com account to your PortfolioPilot profile. (Note: this must happen within 72 hours to be eligible)
4. Once the connection is verified, $240 of promotional credits will be applied to your PortfolioPilot accounts. These can be used to upgrade to a PortfolioPilot Annual Gold subscription, or counted towards a Platinum subscription.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion:
- You must be a new user to Public.com (no prior accounts or funding history).
- You must use the referral link provided in the email to open the account.
- You must fund the Public.com account with at least $500 within 72 hours of opening the account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.
- You must link your new Public.com account to your PortfolioPilot account to receive the promotion.

6. Limitations and Conditions
- This offer is valid for new Public.com account holders only
- Limit one free PortfolioPilot Gold subscription per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this limit is strictly prohibited and will disqualify you from the promotion
- The annual Gold or Platinum subscription will automatically renew after 12 months, unless canceled
- This offer may not be combined with other promotions
- Global Predictions reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time
