Terms and Conditions for “A Year of Free PortfolioPilot Gold” Promotion

1. Promotion Summary
Global Predictions, Inc. (“Global Predictions”), an SEC-registered Investment Advisor, is offering eligible individuals a free one-year subscription to PortfolioPilot Gold (a $240 value) when they open and fund a new brokerage account with Public.com using a unique referral link and connect that account to PortfolioPilot.
PortfolioPilot is a technology product of Global Predictions that uses AI and institutional-grade financial models to provide personalized investment guidance. This promotion is intended to give users full access to PortfolioPilot’s premium features to help optimize their financial lives.
2. How It Works
After clicking “Yes” on the promotional banner:
1. You’ll receive an email from Global Predictions with a secure link to open a Public.com account.
2. Open a new Public.com account through that link and fund it with at least $500.
3. After your account is funded, you’ll be prompted to connect your Public.com account to your PortfolioPilot profile.
4. Once the connection is verified, your free PortfolioPilot Gold subscription will be activated within 7 business days.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion:
- You must be a new user to Public.com (no prior accounts or funding history).
- You must use the referral link provided in the email to open the account.
- You must fund the Public.com account with at least $500 within 30 days of opening.
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.
- You must link your new Public.com account to your PortfolioPilot account to receive the promotion.

6. Limitations and Conditions

- The annual Gold subscription will automatically renew after 12 months, unless canceled
- This offer may not be combined with other promotions
- Global Predictions reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time
