I connected my Public.com account but the Gold promotion isn't activating - what do I do?

If you completed the steps but Gold isn't showing as active, here's what to check:

  • Make sure your Public.com account is funded with at least $500 — a $0 or under-$500 balance won't trigger the promotion.
  • Open Net Worth and confirm your Public.com account appears as a connected account (not just a manual entry).
  • Open Billing & promotions and check if the promotion appears under Applied promotions.

If it's still not showing up, email support@portfoliopilot.com with your PortfolioPilot account email and your Public.com account email — we'll investigate and help you get it figured out.

Note: The Public.com promotion grants 1 year of Gold access and won't result in any charge. If you were charged after connecting to Public.com, contact us to investigate.
